I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Hudson Sloop Club and Waterfront Wednesdays and its employees, volunteers, and sponsors, from any and all causes of action which may arise from the operation of this Market that is not caused by negligence of the Waterfront Wednesdays, its employees, volunteers and sponsors.
I give The Hudson Sloop Club and Waterfront Wednesdays permission to use photos of my business and products in their marketing material.
If I plan to sell food, I will provide my own Food Permits from Columbia County.
I agree to remove all of my belongings and trash at the conclusion of each market day. I will follow health and safety guidelines as set forth by the Columbia County Department of Health regarding COVID-19. This may include masking, vaccinations, distancing or sanitation procedures. We can help supply PPE and cleaning products if needed.
I agree to remit $25 per week made payable to the Hudson Sloop Club by check, cash or PayPal. All returning vendors will be grandfathered in to their previous $5 weekly rate
